The ranking listed the Denton County town with a population of 77,576, an average commute of 26 minutes, a median home value of $553,334, a median monthly rent of $1,822, and a median household income of $167,151.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"949\">Frisco also landed in the national top 10, ranking No. 9 overall. U.S. News listed Frisco with a population of 229,028, an average commute of 26 minutes, a median home value of $627,426, a median monthly rent of $1,756, and a median household income of $152,749.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1063\"><strong>Texas claimed four of the top 10 spots.
