Featuring professional recording studios, podcast and video suites, collaborative lounges, meeting spaces, and a cafe and bar, the space lets established musicians and emerging artists alike come together through listening sessions, showcases and masterclasses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cornerstone of the property, The United Theatre on Broadway will continue to function as a performance venue. The delicately restored movie theatre, originated by Mary Pickford and Charlie Chaplin, seats 1,600 audience members with an open balcony and mezzanine to accompany the stage.
