It\u2019s one of seven on the historic block designed by noted architects Buchman and Deisler.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The listing comes as the buzzy third season of HBO\u2019s \u201cThe Gilded Age\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/06\/22\/entertainment\/how-to-watch-the-gilded-age-season-3-time-and-streaming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> is underway<\/a>, which has created renewed interest in the lavish dwellings where the wealthy resided during that period. It also fortuitously enters the market as a number of city homes from the Gilded Age have recently listed or sold, such as the Stanford White-designed <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/05\/27\/real-estate\/stanford-whites-973-fifth-ave-has-sold-for-46m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">973 Fifth Ave.<\/a>, which traded hands for $46 million. <\/p>\n<p>However, despite the sum of these kinds of properties that have made recent waves on the residential market, they\u2019re still a rare breed of home to own.<\/p>\n<p>The dramatic ceilings are a statement when entertaining.
