Zoned H \u2013 Central Business District, the site has no height restrictions, making it ideal for high-density residential, hospitality, office, or mixed-use development.<\/p>\n<p>Surrounding developments bolster the site\u2019s appeal, including the $217 million renovation of the Omni Hotel and Deco 969, a new 27-story residential tower.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese developments signal a wave of growth, investment and energy that is redefining the area,\u201d said Donohue. \u201cThe east side of Downtown Fort Worth is transforming into one of the city\u2019s most exciting and desirable areas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fort Worth this year <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthinc.com\/news\/fort-worth-joins-the-million-club-city-hits-1-million-reside\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">crossed the threshold of 1 million in population<\/a>, reflecting the city\u2019s rising economic growth. It is the 11th largest city in the US.
