Wimbledon is just around the corner, and Carlos Alcaraz goes into the event as the man to beat. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Spaniard has won the last two tournaments at the All England Club, and although Jannik Sinner<\/a> is the world number one, Alcaraz<\/a> is the form player. <\/p>\n

Wimbledon is always the Grand Slam that the players look forward to on the ATP<\/a> Tour. It\u2019s the one major that is steeped in tradition and is loved globally because of that. <\/p>\n

Alcaraz hailed Jiri Lehecka<\/a> after beating him at Queen\u2019s<\/a> yesterday, whilst Alexander Bublik<\/a> took the Halle title, beating Daniil Medvedev<\/a> in the final. <\/p>\n

With the tournament now just a week away, the new ATP rankings have been released following the two major warm-up tournaments, and there are changes to the top 10. <\/p>\n

With the next Grand Slam just around the corner, it\u2019s an exciting time to be a tennis aficionado. <\/p>\n

The new rankings offer some updates, and Jack Draper<\/a> is arguably the big winner ahead of his home Grand Slam. <\/p>\n

Draper has moved into the top four, which means that he can\u2019t meet Sinner or Alcaraz until the semi-final at the very earliest at this year\u2019s event. <\/p>\n

There are also position changes for Novak Djokovic<\/a>, Holger Rune<\/a> and Medvedev<\/a> going into Wimbledon. <\/p>\n

How the ATP rankings look going into Wimbledon<\/p>\n

There is a tournament this week at Eastbourne, but the seedings for Wimbledon are now set. <\/p>\n

The two best players in the world had a great match in the French Open<\/a> final, and it offered a glimpse at the future of professional tennis. <\/p>\n
