Arguably the biggest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/sports\/spurs\/article\/aircorgi-steph-furry-spurs-finals-predictions-22286103.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">good luck charm of the postseason<\/a> made her way to San Antonio ahead of Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Fresh off getting paraded like baby Simba at the Spurs pep rally, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/sports\/spurs\/article\/corgi-predicts-spurs-knicks-nba-finals-22287441.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Air Corgi (aka Steph Furry)<\/a>, the pupper known for her viral videos picking sports results, made another appearance in the Alamo City to give Spurs fans a chance to see their No. 1 furry fan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DZEK6CSEULc\/?img_index=1\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Indy Coffee Club<\/a> hosted Air Corgi from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, ahead of Game 1, drawing long lines as Silver &amp; Black fans showed up to meet the viral pooch. In celebration, Indy Coffee Club served GSG Lucky Charms Air Corg Cereal Milk cold brew, free Spurs mini cookies from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/siftandflow\/\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Sift and Flow<\/a> and free AirCorg X Indy stickers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/thecatpalace\/\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">The Cat Palace<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/san.antonio.corgi.club\/\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">San Antonio Corgi Club<\/a> showed up in force as Spurs fans, and their corgis in Spurs jerseys, lined up to meet Air Corgi (real name Lilo)\u00a0herself.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have to support local businesses. That&#8217;s so important to us,&#8221; Yolanda Sauseda Reyna said to MySA. &#8220;[Her dog] Auggie got his jersey at K9 Cafe, the boutique store. So we do really want to be a part of this community and make sure we&#8217;re supporting our community. We had a big night at Game 7 at Smoke Bar downtown, so they welcomed us with a section and everything, gave us pup cups and treats. So yeah supporting local is big for us.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For context, Air Corgi predicted the Spurs would defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder, the defending NBA champions, in seven games in the Western Conference Finals. So, when the Spurs fell behind 2-1 and 3-2 in the series, fans rallied around the corgi&#8217;s prediction and brought signs saying &#8220;Trust in Corgi&#8221; as the Spurs rallied to win the series.<\/p>\n<p>As for the NBA Finals, Air Corgi has the Spurs defeating the New York Knicks in seven games to win their sixth NBA title.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I feel like Air Corgi is going to predict another one,&#8221; Mike Puente said to MySA. &#8220;I don&#8217;t know if I can handle another seven-game series.
