Phoenix police\u2019s helicopter, \u201cFirebird,\u201d tracked the vehicle from above near <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/PP6XSM8hPhw4A7wG8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/PP6XSM8hPhw4A7wG8\">46th Street and Roser Road<\/a> in south Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Authorities said the driver continued recklessly through city streets before reaching the area of <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/d5TN7Gukgs873ViE7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/d5TN7Gukgs873ViE7\">24th Street and Roser Road<\/a>. When officers turned on their lights and sirens, the driver sped off again, getting onto Interstate 10 and heading back toward Tempe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">Firebird helped guide troopers and officers to the Mustang, where they deployed a grappler device near <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/VCY4wmyZVaGjziC5A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/VCY4wmyZVaGjziC5A\">Kyrene and Baseline<\/a> roads, stopping the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">The driver was arrested and booked on charges of felony flight and criminal speeding.
