Kevin Hart says that there are some stars who should never be targeted at brutal celebrity roasts.<\/a><\/p>\n After the comedian, 46, faced the wrath of fellow A-listers during Netflix\u2019s Roast of Kevin Hart last month<\/a>, he reflected on the long-running celebrity tradition during his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday and said that the next person who steps up to be roasted will have to be \u201cbrave enough\u201d and a \u201creal big name.\u201d<\/p>\n Kimmel then asked if Hart could picture Oprah Winfrey<\/a> as the subject of a roast \u2014 which left Hart speechless and shaking his head as the audience burst into laughter.<\/p>\n \u201cWould that be unacceptable? That\u2019d be like spray painting the Sistine Chapel?\u201d Kimmel, 58, said with a laugh.<\/p>\n \u201cIf I found out that Oprah said she wanted to do it, I\u2019m driving 100 miles per hour to Oprah\u2019s house,\u201d Hart said, adding that he would tell the iconic media mogul: \u201cYou cannot do this. No shot.\u201d<\/p>\n The Ride Along star was ripped to shreds during his three-hour roast <\/a>as part of the Netflix Is a Joke Festival. He was put in the hot seat while celebrities including Chelsea Handler, Pete Davidson and Katt Williams took aim at him, with surprise appearances from Dwayne Johnson and Tom Brady, who was previously the subject of another Netflix roast hosted by Hart in 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n Hart admitted to Kimmel during his talk show appearance that several of the jokes \u201churt,\u201d with one that surprised him being from Johnson about his late father, Henry Robert Witherspoon.<\/p>\n \u201cI think the one that caught me off guard, Dwayne,\u201d the actor said. \u201cDwayne had the picture of my father and he had a mug shot of my dad and he goes, \u2018Look at my dad. Kev, we both love our dads.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Hart said Johnson, 54, brought a picture of his father \u2014\u00a0late wrestler Rocky Johnson \u2014 that showed him \u201cin shape, you know, coming from the gym.\u201d<\/p>\n Then, when he showed a picture of Witherspoon, Hart said \u201cit was the worst picture of my father I\u2019ve ever seen.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe worst picture of my father,\u201d he said. \u201cIt caught me off guard, but it was funny.\u201d<\/p>\n Hart added: \u201cAnything done with the effort of giving a laugh, I\u2019m always going to give it the benefit of the doubt. All the stuff said about me, you know, I\u2019m like, look, it is what it is.
