{"id":845818,"date":"2026-06-05T09:32:43","date_gmt":"2026-06-05T09:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/845818\/"},"modified":"2026-06-05T09:32:43","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T09:32:43","slug":"200-flights-delayed-at-phoenix-sky-harbor-heres-why","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/845818\/","title":{"rendered":"200+ flights delayed at Phoenix Sky Harbor; here\u2019s why"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\"><b>PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 There were more headaches than usual at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport on Thursday because of hundreds of flight delays.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.skyharbor.com\/flights\/delayed-canceled-and-diverted-flights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.skyharbor.com\/flights\/delayed-canceled-and-diverted-flights\/\">According to the airport<\/a>, the arrivals or departures of more than 200 flights have been postponed between Wednesday evening and Thursday evening. Two flights have been canceled.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">The airport said \u201cweather and other conditions\u201d are causing the delays.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nasstatus.faa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/nasstatus.faa.gov\/\">According to the Federal Aviation Administration<\/a>, the average delay is about 60 minutes.
