(PAC), a subsidiary of Precision Products Machining Group (PPMG).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-222829\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/BryanPerkins_Novaria-150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"234\" height=\"234\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-222829\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bryan Perkins<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe acquisition of PAC supports Novaria\u2019s continued commitment to enhancing the aerospace supply chain,\u201d Novaria CEO Bryan Perkins said in a statement. \u201cPAC\u2019s technical expertise and proprietary products enhance our ability to serve key customers and expand our portfolio of safety-critical components.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Troy, Ohio, PAC is a leader in the manufacturing of fusible plugs and specialty aftermarket components for safety-critical aerospace applications. PAC serves global aerospace customers with proprietary products and specialized components including fusible plugs and other custom parts that support the wheel and brake systems. The company said it has built a strong reputation for delivering high-performance solutions used in \u201cdemanding, mission-critical applications.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Under Novaria, PAC will continue operating from its Troy facility and site-level leadership will remain the same.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re proud of the success PAC has achieved under our ownership,\u201d PPMG CEO Donald Brown said in a statement. \u201cNovaria is well-equipped to take the company forward, and we\u2019re confident that PAC\u2019s customers and employees will benefit from this next chapter of growth under Novaria\u2019s leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss what\u2019s next.
