PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 A man is dead and a woman has minor burns after a house fire in Phoenix near the Glendale border on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n

Crews were called out to a house near 47th Avenue and Cactus Road<\/a> around 6 p.m. When they arrived, they saw heavy smoke and flames coming from the home.<\/p>\n

While firefighters searched the house, they found the body of a 29-year-old man in the garage area, Phoenix Fire Capt. Todd Keller said. The woman was taken to the hospital because of her burns. A third person lived at the home and was OK.<\/p>\n

Keller said it\u2019s unclear where in the house the fire started or how the fire started. The house is a total loss.<\/p>\n

About 2 miles northeast of the deadly fire, an RV fire broke out near 41st Avenue and Greenway Road<\/a>. The flames extended into the home but it\u2019s unclear how badly damaged it was. Everyone in that house made it out safely.<\/p>\n
