WELL WELL WELL. A BEAR SPOTTED IN THE NORTHEAST HEIGHTS THIS MORNING. THIS IS NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF PASEO DEL NORTE AND TRAMWAY. ERIC, I UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE A PERSONAL CONNECTION TO THIS BEAR. MY BUDDY, RJ GARCIA. YES. THIS WAS, I BELIEVE, HIS YARD. YEAH, THAT’S RJ, AND THAT BEAR IS NOT SMALL. EXACTLY. AND YOU JUST KNOW, YOU KNOW, FROM TAKING VIDEOS ON MY OWN PHONE, IF IT SHOWS UP THAT BIG IN THE VIDEO, HE WAS ACTUALLY PRETTY CLOSE TO IT. LIKE LITERALLY KIND OF MOVING ALONG IN HIS PICKUP RIGHT NEXT. I WAS GOING TO SAY, SO HE’S IN HIS CAR, SENSIBLY ENOUGH. YES, YOU CAN HAVE. I MEAN, YOU, YOU DO NOT WANT ONE OF THESE THINGS TO TURN ON YOU. DID IT HAVE CUBS? DO WE KNOW ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT? HE ONLY SAW ONE, APPARENTLY, IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE WAS A BAND OF MAYBE FIVE BEARS MOVING AROUND, BUT THIS WAS THE ONE THAT WAS CLOSE TO HIS HOUSE. AND THEY GET UP AND OVER THOSE WALLS SO EASILY, THEY MAKE IT LOOK EFFORTLESS. SO HAVE YOU HAVE YOU GUYS HAVE IT LIKE I’VE HEARD A LOT OF BEARS IN THE NORTHEAST HEIGHTS. HAVE YOU HAD A LOT THIS YEAR? WE’VE HAD A LOT OF DROUGHT. THIS IS THE FIRST ONE, THE FIRST SIGHTING THAT I’M AWARE OF, I GUESS.
