(WITN) &#8211; A Jacksonville man was arrested this morning after warrants say he was jumping out at residents while armed with weapons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Jacksonville police arrested 34-year-old Phoenix Pena-Kamp early this morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Warrants say Pena-Kamp was hiding in bushes and jumping out at passersby while armed with a sword and spear.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The documents say he was also seen running through multiple yards on Barden Street with the weapons. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Pena-Kamp was charged with resisting a public officer, going armed to the terror of the people, and first-degree trespass enter\/remain. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He was taken to the Onslow County Jail and charged with a total bond of $1,500. <\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WITN.
