The company&#8217;s adjusted EPS projection of $1.97 to $2.07 stayed the same.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">AT&amp;T said it expects to see $6.5 billion to $8 billion in tax savings by the end of 2028 because of the Trump administration&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/trump-signs-one-big-beautiful-bill-into-law-11766470\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:recently signed tax and spending law;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">recently signed tax and spending law<\/a>. The company said it plans to use the savings to fund its pension plan and speed up the pace of its fiber internet buildout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Shares were down 3% shortly after Wednesday&#8217;s report.
