Police said the man was lying on the tracks and did not move despite the conductor sounding the horn and attempting to stop. Pulido with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/HPD\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/HPD\/\">Houston Police Department<\/a> said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Pulido said a man was lying on the railroad tracks when the train\u2019s conductor saw him and sounded the horn.
