The mix of offerings will include popcorn, desserts, acai, fried chicken and pretzels, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dfwairport.com\/dfwnewsroom\/dfw-airport-announces-new-local-flavors-and-customer-favorites-coming-to-terminals\/?utm_source=subscribe.817biz.com&amp;utm_medium=newsletter&amp;utm_campaign=cbre-air-center-score-wins-lockheed-3rd-bell-4th-for-2025-revenues-taylor-sheridan-takes-book-to-the-bank&amp;_bhlid=4ee435158aba698ae387953328f985acb1994637\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">news release <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.dfwairport.com\/board\/doc.php?docid=148733&amp;date=Jun%204,%202026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">board documents<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese new concessions reflect what we want the DFW experience to be: local, memorable and built around the needs of today\u2019s traveler,\u201d said Ken Buchanan, DFW\u2019s executive vice president\/chief revenue officer. \u201cAs DFW Forward brings new gates and modernized spaces online, we are using that momentum to create more opportunities for local businesses, expand customer choice and bring the character of North Texas into the terminals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Popeyes, Wetzel\u2019s Pretzels, Whataburger and Panda Express are among some of the restaurants approved by the board. The contracts awarded are for either 10 years or 12 years.<\/p>\n<p>The list of new places includes:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mamamoorespopcorn.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Mama Moore\u2019s Gourmet Popcorn<\/a>, Terminal A, Gate A20 and Terminal B, Gate B27<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Founded by Debra Moore, a U.S. Army veteran, the company is based in Grand Prairie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesociety.com\/our-story\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Cookie Society<\/a>, Terminal B, Gate B19<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Founded by Marissa and Jeff Allen in Frisco, the husband-and-wife team serves gourmet cookies with multiple Dallas-Fort Worth area locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.audreyspopcorn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Audrey\u2019s Popcorn<\/a>, Terminal E, Gate E34<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Grapevine popcorn brand, founded by Audrey Harrison when she was 5 years old, has been selling products at DFW Airport, Dallas Love Field and George Bush International Airport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pandaexpress.com\/locations\/tx\/dallas\/3217\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Panda Express<\/a>, Terminal B, Gate B20<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Asian quick-service restaurant has another location in Terminal E.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stockyards Bar &amp; Grill\/<a href=\"https:\/\/cowtownsupplyco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Cowtown Supply Co.<\/a>, Terminal F, Gate F29<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Fort Worth-inspired destination concept offering food, coffee and local artisan goods from The Cowtown Canteen and Cowtown Supply Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popeyes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Popeyes<\/a>, Terminal F, Gate F29<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A national chain known for fried chicken and Cajun offerings has another location in Terminal A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.micocina.com\/mexican-restaurants\/tx\/bars\/mbhpv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Monkey Bar by Mi Cocina<\/a> and Lone Star Local Market, Terminal F, Gate F17<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mi Cocina\u2019s bar in Dallas features premium tequila, mezcals and cocktails with select food bites such as crispy tacos and nachos tejanos.
