Kevin C Downs forThe New York Post<\/p>\n<p>Woelz, who rented the SoHo townhouse that <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/06\/05\/us-news\/michael-carturan-crypto-kidnap-mystery-deepens-with-parents-apparently-recieving-texts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prosecutors allege turned into a house of horrors<\/a>, is looking for a place in New York, his lawyer said.
