At the end of an intense Stanley Cup Final, the handshake line between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Carolina Hurricanes provided a memorable moment.<\/p>\n

It is one of hockey’s greatest traditions.<\/p>\n

The handshake line brings together winners and losers after a hard-fought series.<\/p>\n

The ritual takes on even greater meaning in the Final.<\/p>\n

After weeks of battle, players put their rivalry aside for a moment to exchange heartfelt handshakes.<\/p>\n

This year was no exception.<\/p>\n

Both teams shared handshakes filled with mutual respect.<\/p>\n

The champions had words of encouragement for their opponents.<\/p>\n

Several Carolina players took the time to acknowledge the efforts of the Golden Knights, and two Hurricanes players were even filmed going over to comfort and reassure goaltender Carter Hart<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The handshake line transcends competition.<\/p>\n

Among the other notable moments (also involving two individuals), there was a touching exchange between goaltender Brandon Bussi<\/a> and head coach Rod Brind’Amour near the end of the video.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Vegas Golden Knights 3-0 on Sunday night, wrapping up the series in six games.<\/p>\n
