The five-bedroom farmhouse was originally listed for $28.9 million last October, shortly after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.architecturaldigest.com\/story\/diane-keaton-home-article\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"text link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the actor<\/a>\u2019s death at age 79. After several price cuts, the 9,200-square-foot residence had most recently been listed at $26.9 million before going off the market again last month. She got to work customizing her new pad with a design vision powered by Pinterest; she adored the platform and made ample use of it to hone the house\u2019s look. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.architecturaldigest.com\/story\/hundreds-of-diane-keatons-belongings-are-going-up-for-auction\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"text link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Annie Hall star<\/a> described the abode as \u201cbrick and steel and barnyard wood\u201d with an industrial-inspired vibe. When she came upon what would become her favorite feature of the home, she ordered 75,000: \u201cThe bricks\u2026 I fell in love with the bricks, and I fell in love with the mortar. I wanted to have space between the bricks so they could have a life of their own. It\u2019s old brick I bought in Chicago, and I shipped it and I kept coming back for more; they probably thought I was insane.
