The suspect is in custody, but it\u2019s unclear if any injuries have been reported. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-start\">Arizona\u2019s Family news chopper saw a Mesa patrol vehicle with its grappler deployed on a white sedan. There is no estimated time to reopen the westbound lanes.
