Sullivan Dempsey\/Instagram<\/p>\n In another photo<\/a>, Sullivan donned a blue and green YSL dress designed in the 1980s.<\/p>\n The teenager lounged on the ground, wearing the strapless gown complemented with Christian Louboutin heels.<\/p>\n Sullivan also wore a sheer blue dress designed with a gold lace finish from Morphew\u2019s Spring\/Summer collection.<\/p>\n The model completed the breezy fit with a cream-colored underskirt and leopard-print Louboutin heels.<\/p>\n Patrick and his wife, Jillian Fink, share twins Sullivan and Darby, as well as daughter Talula.
