We will provide an update as soon as possible,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">&#8220;We recommend customers to power cycle their device to restore services.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The mobile provider&#8217;s Network Status Checker is currently displaying a &#8220;502 Bad Gateway&#8221; message.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Vodafone is Australia&#8217;s third-largest mobile network operator, behind Telstra and Optus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">In addition to direct subscribers, its network is used by customers of TPG, iiNet, Internode and Lebara.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">As of February 2025, the network provided services to 5.4 million customers across Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Loading<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Vodafone Australia&#8217;s mobile network has crashed, potentially affecting millions of Australians.
