\n\tPeacock<\/a> has give a series order to the TV adaptation of \u201cDungeon Crawler Carl<\/a>,\u201d a New York Times best selling book from Matt Dinniman. Seth MacFarlane<\/a>\u2018s Fuzzy Door is behind the series, which comes from the newly renamed Universal Global Television. Variety reported in April <\/a>that the show had landed at Peacock.<\/p>\n

\n\tChris Yost<\/a> (\u201cThe Mandalorian\u201d) is on board as writer and executive producer, while Dinniman is set as a non-writing co-executive producer. MacFarlane will serve as an executive producer, while Fuzzy Door\u2019s Erica Huggins and Rachel Hargreaves-Heald are also EPs.<\/p>\n

\n\tBased on the book series of the same name by Matt Dinniman, the project was originally acquired by Universal International Studios in early 2025, though no network or streamer was attached at that time.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSurprise! I\u2019m happy to announce that our friends at Peacock have officially greenlit the Dungeon Crawler Carl television series,\u201d Dinniman wrote on social media. \u201cMe, Chris Yost and Seth MacFarlane and his team at Fuzzy Door are all really excited to get to work. \n\t\u201cDungeon Crawler Carl\u201d has sold over 10 million copies. Ace Books and Audible are the publishers behind the series; there have been seven entries in the \u201cDungeon Crawler Carl\u201d book series to date, with the eighth set to be released on May 12.
