{"id":877975,"date":"2026-06-19T10:04:32","date_gmt":"2026-06-19T10:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/877975\/"},"modified":"2026-06-19T10:04:32","modified_gmt":"2026-06-19T10:04:32","slug":"this-is-the-best-run-city-in-florida-new-study-finds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/877975\/","title":{"rendered":"This is the best-run city in Florida, new study finds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\"><strong>ORLANDO, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A <a href=\"https:\/\/wallethub.com\/edu\/best-run-cities\/22869\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/wallethub.com\/edu\/best-run-cities\/22869\">new study released by WalletHub<\/a> has revealed the \u201cbest-run\u201d cities in the country \u2014 and a couple happen to be right here in the Sunshine State.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">The report examines factors like financial stability, education, health and safety to determine the top-ranked entries, as well as the lowest-ranked of the bunch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">\u201cThe best-run cities in America use their budgets most effectively to provide high-quality financial security, education, health, safety and transportation to their residents,\u201d WalletHub analyst Chip Lupo said. \u201cMany of the top cities also have a very low amount of outstanding government debt per capita, which can prevent financial troubles in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">In Florida, the top-ranked pick turned out to be Jacksonville at No. 18, with Tallahassee falling further behind at No. 29.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Nationwide, though, the No. 1 city was revealed to be Provo, Utah.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wallethub.com\/edu\/best-run-cities\/22869\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/best-worst-run-cities-in-america.png\" width=\"null\" height=\"null\" alt=\"Best- &amp; Worst-Run Cities in America\"\/> <\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Stack-vJ7SwH7U__StackBase-sc-1m5bkhd-0 bFoPmT dsnUCb block-quote\">\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 hbOwFx\">\u201cProvo, UT, is the best-run city, and the reasons for that are that the city is experiencing business growth of around 3.1%, alongside a high school graduation rate of nearly 91%, a combination that signals a strong foundation for the future.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 hbOwFx\">Provo is also a city that is safe and keeps its infrastructure well-maintained.
