Kelly Clarkson<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>has decided to break away from her long locks.<\/p>\n

When the \u201cBehind These Hazel Eyes\u201d singer announced that she is returning<\/a> to The Voice<\/a> in Spring 2026 for season 29, she also debuted a shorter hairdo, trading her signature blonde waves for a side-swept, darker style.<\/p>\n

In a July 22 Instagram<\/a> video alongside fellow returning coaches John Legend<\/strong><\/a> and Adam Levine<\/strong><\/a>, Kelly rocked the shoulder-length bob while sporting a loose-collared white button shirt, black slacks and matching black pumps.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis time, we got some tricks up our sleeves,\u201d the 43-year-old teased of the upcoming season. \u201cY\u2019all get ready.\u201d<\/p>\n

And while Kelly\u2014who shares kids River Rose<\/strong>, 11, and Remington Alexander<\/strong>, 9, with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock<\/strong><\/a>\u2014seems to have ditched her longer \u2018do, she isn\u2019t the first member of the NBC family<\/a> to opt for a chop this summer.<\/p>\n

Last month, Today With Jenna & Friends<\/a> namesake Jenna Bush Hager<\/strong><\/a> was inspired by guest co-host Leslie Bibb<\/strong>\u2019s signature bob and received a dramatic haircut<\/a> live on the morning show.\u00a0<\/p>\n
