Then the city allowed apartments to be built on Huerfano Avenue without enough parking. Now I can\u2019t find parking on my friend\u2019s street.<\/p>\n<p>On a hot day, I would go to Se\u00f1or Mangos near 30th Street for the best smoothies in town. Now the city has reduced parking on 30th Street and I can\u2019t find parking.<\/p>\n<p>A fun day used to be had at Balboa Park or Mission Bay. Now the city wants to charge to park at those places.<\/p>\n<p>A house sold on my street, and I would stop by and welcome my new neighbors. Now I go to see if my new neighbors are developers who wish to build apartments in their backyard.<\/p>\n<p>Goodbye, lovely San Diego.
