Brittany Aldean is celebrating another trip around the sun in paradise.<\/p>\n

The former NBA cheerleader and former “American Idol<\/a>” contestant shared a carousel of photos and videos from a tropical birthday getaway after ringing in a new year on June 19.<\/p>\n

In a few Instagram Story posts, she celebrated Jason, sharing family photos and writing, “How blessed are we. We love you so much.”<\/p>\n

The couple share son Memphis and daughter Navy.<\/p>\n

Aldean also shared a deeply personal message about her father as he continues battling dementia.<\/p>\n

Alongside a repost that read, “God, thank you for my Dad,” Aldean reflected on the emotional challenges of watching her father’s health decline.<\/p>\n

“It’s a hard journey, this dementia thing. One day seems good, the next will break you to the core,” she wrote.<\/p>\n
