A new, interactive exhibit where Harry Potter fans can experience iconic wizarding world moments first-hand is coming to a Chicago suburb in October.<\/p>\n

The Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience is making its midwestern debut on October 3 in the woodlands of Ingleside.<\/p>\n

The exhibit will be open at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday at YMCA Camp Duncan, 32405 North U.S. Highway 12 in Ingleside.<\/p>\n

Following a trail through a spellbinding forest, patrons can interact with magical creatures from the world of Harry Potter and the Fantastic Beats throughout the exhibit.<\/p>\n

Lights in the forest will illuminate at the wave of a wand, offering a truly magical experience to muggles and wizards alike.<\/p>\n

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, and a waitlist to get first access to tickets is available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prices for the timed-entry tickets start at $46 for adults and $31 for children, the press release said.<\/p>\n

The trail takes approximately 45 to 75 minutes to complete, according to the website<\/a>. <\/p>\n

At the end of the trail there is a themed village where visitors can shop at the giftshop and enjoy food and drinks, including the iconic Butterbeer.<\/p>\n

The mystical experience was brought to life by award-winning theatrical designers and experiential creators, according to the website.<\/p>\n
