Mumbai-based music<\/a> technology startup Tringbox has raised about Rs 5 crore in seed funding<\/a> to expand its AI-powered in-store music platform for commercial spaces.<\/p>\n

The round was led by Nikhil Gandhi through GIPL, with participation from MGB Family Office, Paytm Chief Business Officer Narendra Singh Yadav and other angel investors<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Angel investors participated through One Love Technologies Private Limited, the parent company under which Tringbox operates.<\/p>\n

The fresh capital will be used for product and AI development, technology infrastructure, music licensing, catalogue expansion, compliance, business development, brand partnerships and venue deployments. The startup also plans to hire across product, engineering and operations.<\/p>\n

Founded by Amandeep Singh Chawla, Tringbox develops software that uses AI to adapt music played in physical venues such as caf\u00e9s, gyms, salons, restaurants, retail stores, clinics and entertainment venues.<\/p>\n

The platform is live across more than 30 premium brand chains in India. The seed round marks its first institutional funding after a year of bootstrapped product development and pilot deployments.<\/p>\n

Tringbox also has access to NVIDIA Inception and AWS startup credits worth Rs 1 crore, which will support its AI infrastructure and product development.<\/p>\n

At the centre of its product is a proprietary Hybrid Neuro-Symbolic Music Engine. The system adjusts music playback in real time using factors such as venue type, temperature, humidity, weather conditions, time of day and day of the week.<\/p>\n

It analyses audio characteristics including tempo, rhythm, loudness dynamics and harmonic stability, combining them with venue context to select music for different commercial settings.<\/p>\n

The product is designed to move businesses away from static playlists and towards adaptive soundscapes. It is positioned for use across different environments, including higher-energy music in gyms, calmer soundscapes in wellness spaces, and background music for retail and hospitality venues.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt Tringbox, we believe music is not just content; it is infrastructure,\u201d said Amandeep Singh Chawla, founder of Tringbox AI.<\/p>\n

\u201cWherever there is a speaker inside a commercial space, the music playing through it should be powered by Tringbox. This round brings us closer to building a global speaker network that understands people, places, and moments in real time,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Tringbox also offers a QR-based song request product for nightclubs, bars, restaurants and other high-energy venues. Guests can scan a QR code to request songs from their phones, while the startup\u2019s AI Vibe Check system screens requests against a venue\u2019s music policy, audience profile, time of day and overall ambience.<\/p>\n
