Front page flashback:<\/strong> June 26, 2019<\/p>\n 2019:<\/strong> Gov. JB Pritzker signed into law a bill that would legalize marijuana<\/a> in Illinois starting Jan. 1, 2020.<\/p>\n Weather records <\/strong>(from the National Weather Service, Chicago<\/a>)<\/p>\n Vintage Chicago Tribune: How Wrigley Field got lights and why Cubs fans had to wait past 8-8-88 to raise \u2018W\u2019 flag<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n 1943:<\/strong> The Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals played without the aid of lights at Wrigley Field in the National League\u2019s first twilight game<\/a>. Though the first pitch was thrown at 6 p.m., Major League Baseball still considered it a day game.
