Tom Sandoval\u2019s girlfriend Victoria Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, will be leaving the Bravo star\u2019s home following an alleged violent altercation, as dual temporary restraining orders have been granted. <\/p>\n
Per documents obtained by Page Six, as of Thursday, Victoria and Will have been ordered to vacate the \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d star\u2019s Los Angeles home. <\/p>\n
According to the docs, the father and daughter may take \u201conly personal clothing and belongings needed until the hearing and move out immediately\u201d from the residence. <\/p>\n
The orders specify that Victoria and Will must remain 100 yards away from the reality star \u2014 including keeping clear of his home, workplace and vehicle.<\/p>\n
They\u2019re also prohibited from obtaining or having in their possession any firearms. <\/p>\n

Page Six can exclusively confirm that the temporary restraining orders expire on July 16, when another restraining order hearing is scheduled. <\/p>\n
TMZ was the first to reveal the news on Thursday. <\/p>\n
Reps for Victoria and Will were not immediately available for comment, and a rep for Sandoval did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment. <\/p>\n
The outlet reported earlier on Thursday that Sandoval, 43, served Victoria, 33, with a restraining order on June 3 after she was arrested the same day<\/a> for allegedly attacking him. Victoria also bonded out and was released on June 3 after being served with a restraining order. <\/p>\n According to inmate records, Robinson was scheduled to appear at a court hearing on Thursday. <\/p>\n The temporary restraining orders expire July 16, when there will be another hearing. Superior Court of Los Angeles<\/p>\n Per documents obtained by Page Six, the former SUR bartender claimed that after an evening of drinking, an argument erupted with Will, during which Victoria\u2019s father punched a massive hole in a spare bedroom and grabbed Sandoval. <\/p>\n He claimed that after he\u2019d barricaded himself in the room, Will entered and allegedly punched him, leaving visible injuries on his ear and neck, noting that the blow allegedly caused him blurry vision. <\/p>\n \u201cI sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night,\u201d he alleged. <\/p>\n He continued, \u201cThe pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandoval also said he \u201cdeeply regret[s]\u201d a decision to take a phone call from Victoria\u2019s mother from jail and allegedly lending her bail money.<\/p>\n Sandoval also claimed her father punched a hole in a guest bedroom wall.
