Matthew Schneier has been New York\u2019s chief restaurant critic for nearly three years and if there\u2019s been one question he\u2019s been asked most often in that time, it\u2019s the obvious one: \u201cWhere should I eat?\u201d In a city where new restaurants open daily, it\u2019s reasonable, but it\u2019s not the only thing worth knowing.
