RED HOOK \u2013 A 22-year-old New York City man has been arrested by Red Hook Police on several charges related to a stolen vehicle.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, police interviewed the driver of a car on Mill Road in the Town of Red Hook, Declan Kealy, and found the vehicle had been stolen in New York city the previous day.<\/p>\n
Further investigation found that Kealy had an active bench warrant from a previous stolen car incident.<\/p>\n
He was also found in possession of a stolen wallet and credit cards belonging to a separate victim.<\/p>\n
As a result, Kealy was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property and one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.<\/p>\n
