Multiple people injured Saturday after a duck boat sightseeing vehicle with several tourists on board flipped Saturday in Cambridge, Massachusetts, state police say.<\/p>\n

A duck boat overturned Saturday at a popular tourist attraction in Boston<\/a>, Massachusetts, injuring at least six people and prompting a major emergency rescue response.<\/p>\n

The boat tipped on its side at a Cambridge boat ramp near the entrance to the Charles River, state police told Fox News Digital. None of the passengers wound up in the water, police said.<\/p>\n

The Cambridge Police Department<\/a> (CPD) said some of the injuries were classified as minor, with two considered “more serious.”<\/p>\n

Everyone aboard the vessel<\/a> has been accounted for, according to Cambridge fire officials.<\/p>\n

State police confirmed its troopers and the Marine Unit responded to the scene, alongside the Cambridge police and fire departments.<\/p>\n

Boston Duck Tours told Fox News Digital that while being towed on its boat ramp, the vehicle rolled onto its side when the tow-rope broke.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“As a precaution, we have suspended operations for the remainder of the day,” the company wrote in a statement. “We are working with Massachusetts State Police and the U.S. Coast Guard to review the incident.”<\/p>\n

Since the incident happened directly at the entrance to the Charles River, Massachusetts State Police will lead the investigation.<\/p>\n
