But the longtime New York political animal\u2019s goodwill was mercilessly drowned out by a chorus of boos.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Chuck haters could be seen in the crowd giving the senator two thumbs down and frowning as he walked by, too.<\/p>\n

The hissing and jeering went on for nearly 20 seconds in at least one spot.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The booing continued even as Schumer attempted to establish his long record supporting gay rights.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cSo I was the first senator to ever march in this parade, 1999. And I haven\u2019t missed one yet!\u201d the senator said to an uncaring crowd before continuing the parade path.\u00a0<\/p>\n
But it wasn\u2019t all hate. A separate video from the parade also shows a crowd cheering for Schumer as he again touted his record supporting the LGBTQ community. <\/p>\n
