SENOIA, Ga. \u2014 The Senoia Police Department says there have been a couple of black bear sightings nearby.<\/p>\n

However, the department says they\u2019re nothing to be alarmed about, as the bear hasn\u2019t displayed worrying behavior.<\/p>\n

Senoia PD said one sighting was in the Springdale subdivision off of Coweta Street, while another was in Newnan.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you happen to spot the bear, please do not approach it. It\u2019s simply a bear doing the bare necessities,\u201d the Senoia PD said in a social media post.<\/p>\n

It hasn\u2019t exhibited aggressive behavior to people or approached people.<\/p>\n

Georgia Department of Natural Resources encourages people to leave the bear alone unless it becomes a nuisances or safety hazard.<\/p>\n
