It also benefits those who were non-portal, non-bill pay and non-scheduling patients during the same period.<\/p>\n<p>According to the class action lawsuit, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allinahealth.org\/\" style=\"font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Allina Health System<\/a> allegedly violated consumer privacy rights by using pixel tracking on its website, which may have shared sensitive personal and health-related information with third parties.<\/p>\n<p>Allina Health is a health care system operating hospitals and clinics throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p>Allina Health System has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $12.5 million class action settlement to resolve the allegations.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the Allina Health settlement, class members can receive a cash payment.<\/p>\n<p>Class members will be able to receive a proportional share of the net settlement fund based on the number of claims filed.
