From July 2 through August 2, admission will include full access to all museum galleries and special exhibitions at no additional charge.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have always delighted in seeing how visitors to Philadelphia flock to the Rocky statue on the museum steps. Rising Up has offered deeper engagement with the statue and launched conversations around art, sports, popular culture, and the role of monuments,\u201d said\u00a0Daniel Weiss, George D. Widener Director and CEO of the Philadelphia Museum of Art,\u00a0\u201cAs Semiquincentennial celebrations and World Cup matches, and watch parties continue this summer, providing even more access to Rising Up in its final weeks, and all museum spaces, reaffirms the museum\u2019s commitment to being an inclusive place for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Rising Up, visitors will also enjoy access to ongoing special exhibitions including A Nation of Artists, an exhibition uniting three collections of American art\u2014the Philadelphia Museum of Art \u00a0the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and the Middleton Family Collection, and Van Gogh\u2019s Sunflowers:\u00a0A Symphony in Blue and Yellow, which brings together two Sunflower paintings, one from the National Gallery, London and one from the PMA\u2019s collection. Opening July 12, Workshop of the World: Arts and Crafts in Philadelphia will explore the city\u2019s distinctive contributions to the Arts and Crafts movement following the Centennial Exposition of 1876, when artists, designers, and craftspeople working across media sought to address the perceived aesthetic decline and social problems that they traced to industrialization.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Philadelphia Museum of Art has a world-class\u00a0collection\u00a0for visitors from around\u00a0the world to see. The museum will continue to offer Pay What You Wish admission on Friday evenings through September 4, 2026 (5:00\u20138:45 p.m.) and admission\u00a0for the first Sunday of every month\u00a0is\u00a0always Pay What You Wish. Accessibility is and will remain a priority.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that everyone is welcome, the\u00a0art\u00a0museum offers various discounts for seniors, students, and youth. General museum admission for adults is $30.
