GAMR \/ BACKGRID<\/p>\n While Rubin claimed to People<\/a> on Tuesday that he \u201cdidn\u2019t change [his plans] because of that date,\u201d he then copped to being \u201ccertainly aware of the date\u201d and not wanting \u201cpeople to have to choose.\u201d<\/p>\n The 53-year-old told the outlet he had been \u201cdebating the dates\u201d before ultimately making a decision.<\/p>\n \u201cPeople come to the White Party no matter when we do it,\u201d he added. \u201cThe White Party is going to be spectacular.\u201d<\/p>\n Rubin (pictured above on Wednesday) told People on Tuesday that he was \u201ccertainly aware\u201d of the pop star\u2019s ceremony date.
