Lee Beach of El Paso, Texas is the artist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">&#8220;These men, you know, stood for constraint, conviction, and responsibility. A lot of the traits that I see in the cowboy.
