Nationals pitcher <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/c\/cavalca01.shtml?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.mlbtraderumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-07-02_br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Cade Cavalli<\/a><\/strong> has received a seven-game suspension. His teammate <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/m\/mikolmi01.shtml?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.mlbtraderumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-07-02_br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Miles Mikolas<\/a><\/strong> got five games. On the Red Sox side, first baseman <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/c\/contrwi01.shtml?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.mlbtraderumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-07-02_br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Willson Contreras<\/a><\/strong> got seven games while <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/e\/eatonna01.shtml?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.mlbtraderumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-07-02_br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Nate Eaton<\/a><\/strong> got three games. All four players also received undisclosed fines.
