Moreno Dantzler and Campos-Henrey were indicted following two investigations from the state\u2019s attorney general\u2019s office, which worked with several departments:<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Mayes joined a bipartisan coalition of leaders across 38 states to urge Congress to take action<\/a> against organized retail theft.<\/p>\n
\u201cOrganized retail crime isn\u2019t just about stolen merchandise,\u201d Attorney General Kris Mayes said at the time<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s about criminal networks exploiting communities, threatening workers and driving up costs for families.\u201d<\/p>\n
