{"id":909792,"date":"2026-07-03T12:30:19","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T12:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/909792\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T12:30:19","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T12:30:19","slug":"cardi-b-tasha-k-agree-to-60000-settlement-in-contempt-dispute","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/909792\/","title":{"rendered":"Cardi B, Tasha K Agree to $60,000 Settlement in Contempt Dispute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cardi B and blogger Tasha K have reached a $60,000 agreement to resolve contempt of court proceedings after Tasha K violated the terms of an earlier settlement tied to the rapper\u2019s 2022 defamation victory.<\/p>\n<p>According to a court filing entered on June 30, the agreement stems from Tasha K\u2019s alleged online comments about Cardi B\u2019s personal life, including remarks involving her estranged husband, Offset, and NFL player Stefon Diggs. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/cardi-b-wins-60k-tasha-k-posts-offset-stefon-diggs\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Billboard<\/a> notes those statements reportedly violated a bankruptcy agreement signed last year that prohibited the blogger from making further disparaging comments about Cardi B or her family.<\/p>\n<p>Cardi B\u2019s attorneys had sought more than $110,000 in legal fees related to enforcing the agreement. Under the new deal, Tasha K, whose legal name is Latasha Kebe, will pay $30,000 within one month and the remaining $30,000 by the end of the year.
