Not even just a few raindrops fell; rain began pouring<\/a> down around the Garden, where the famed couple and their guests<\/a> were celebrating their nuptials. And you know what they say: Rain on your wedding<\/a> day is good luck.<\/p>\n

The phenomenon is rooted in Hindu tradition, as \u201crain on the wedding day is also said to make a partnership stronger and longer-lasting because a wet knot, which signifies the act of getting married, is difficult to untie,\u201d per Brides<\/a>. The outlet also notes that Hindu communities developed the principle that rain on a wedding day will bless the couple with children, as rain creates fertile soil.<\/p>\n

Friday night, Madison Square Garden displayed a \u201cJusT&T Married!\u201d sign, finally confirming they tied the knot. Swift\u2019s longtime publicist also confirmed the news, revealing that the bride wore\u00a0a custom haute couture gown by Jonathan Anderson of Christian Dior<\/a>\u00a0(which\u00a0THR\u00a0revealed earlier this week). Kelce also wore a haute couture look by Anderson for Dior.<\/p>\n

They\u00a0reportedly held a 100-person rehearsal dinner Thursday night<\/a>\u00a0at the Infosys Theater within the Garden, before making things official on Friday with a much larger celebration. Jason Sudeikis, Hugh Grant, Ethan Hawke, the Haim sisters, Dakota Johnson, Julianne Moore, Sombr, Mariska Hargitay, Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid were just some of the\u00a0guests spotted arriving<\/a>\u00a0at the famed venue on Friday.<\/p>\n

Also in attendance was Adam Sandler, who officiated the wedding<\/a>.
