Restricted free agent guard Chris Manon<\/a><\/strong> has re-signed with the Lakers<\/strong> on another two-way contract, the team announced in a press release (Twitter link<\/a> via Khobi Price of The California Post).<\/p>\n

\"\"Los Angeles tendered<\/a> Manon a qualifying offer<\/a> last week, making him restricted. He likely simply accepted that two-way QO to return to the Lakers.<\/p>\n

A 6\u20194\u2033 wing who went undrafted last year out of Vanderbilt, Manon spent his entire rookie season on a two-way contract with the Lakers. Although he only played 46 total minutes in nine games at the NBA level, the 24-year-old impressed in the G League with the team\u2019s affiliate in South Bay.<\/p>\n

In 46 Tip-Off Tournament and regular season games (26.9 minutes per contest) with South Bay in 2025\/26, Manon averaged 11.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.1 steals and 0.9 blocks on .511\/.315\/.737 shooting splits. He was runner-up<\/a> for the NBAGL\u2019s Defensive Player of the Year award and earned a spot<\/a> on the G League\u2019s All-Defensive team (there\u2019s only one).<\/p>\n

Manon technically fills the first of the Lakers\u2019 three two-way spots. However, the team reportedly<\/a> reached<\/a> two-way agreements with Peter Suder<\/a><\/strong> and AK Okereke<\/a><\/strong> shortly after they went undrafted last week.
