A missing Florida dog returned home after ending up more than 1,000 miles to the New York City area.<\/p>\n

WKMG<\/a> reports that Apollo, a 13-year-old dog, disappeared from his family\u2019s home in Ocala in April and later turned up at a police station on Long Island.<\/p>\n

His owner, Nicholas Josey, flew to New York on Friday to bring Apollo back to Florida.<\/p>\n
