Whether you come to browse the stalls, grab something to eat, or dance, there\u2019s a good chance you\u2019ll end up doing all three.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s the kind of combination that makes for a full evening out \u2013 the type where you didn\u2019t plan to stay long and suddenly the sun has gone down and you\u2019re still moving.<\/p>\n<p>The Manny Cepeda Orchestra Takes the Stage<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of every session is the <a href=\"https:\/\/mannycepedamobile.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Manny Cepeda Orchestra<\/a>, the top classic salsa band in San Diego County. Bandleader Manny Cepeda was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and holds a Bachelor\u2019s in Music Education and a Master\u2019s in Music.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He retired from the U.S. Navy as the top Enlisted Bandmaster after 31 years of service before founding the orchestra in 2004, and the group has been delivering standout performances across the county ever since.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/salsa-under-the-stars-23-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"Salsa Under The Stars Otay Ranch Town Center\" class=\"wp-image-88815\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>No Partner? No Problem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basic instruction is included in each session, so newcomers can find their footing right alongside seasoned dancers. All skill levels are welcome, no partner is needed, and there\u2019s zero pressure to perform.
