Composite four-star defensive back Nascar McCoy<\/a><\/b> will announce his college decision Friday at an event set for Atlanta, Ga. McCoy will have hats from Ole Miss<\/a><\/b>, Georgia<\/a><\/b>, Miami<\/a><\/b> and Michigan<\/a><\/b> on the table when he makes the call.<\/p>\n

The 6-2, 180-pounder is rated as America’s No. 37 safety and the No. 49 player in the always-talented Peach State in the 2026 class per 247Sports. In the industry-average rankings, he comes in as the country’s No. 39 safety, the No. 53 player from the state of Georgia and No. 490 nationally.<\/p>\n

Buford is a standout at familiar Buford (Ga.) High School, which is a suburb of greater Atlanta.
