\n\t\t\t\t\t\tA man is dead after a shooting in Hampton early Sunday morning, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office says. Authorities say the Hampton Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police, and other local agencies responded to 29 Ocean Blvd. for a report of shots fired just before 1:20 a.m. When first responders arrived at the scene, they say they found a 23-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman with gunshot wounds. Both people were transported to a hospital. Officials say they made contact with a person who matched the description of the suspect who shot the man and woman. When police officers made contact with the man, he pulled out a gun and shot himself in the head while an officer fired one gunshot contemporaneously. Authorities say the man, identified as 21-year-old Tyshawn Cooper of Taylors, South Carolina, died at the scene. An autopsy was conducted, and officials say Cooper’s cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, and the manner of his death was suicide.
