{"id":918780,"date":"2026-07-07T14:41:20","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T14:41:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/918780\/"},"modified":"2026-07-07T14:41:20","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T14:41:20","slug":"man-accused-of-sexually-assaulting-child-in-houston-county","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/918780\/","title":{"rendered":"Man accused of sexually assaulting child in Houston County"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | article-text\">HOUSTON COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) &#8211; A man is behind bars after a child accused him of touching them inappropriately, according to the Houston County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The sheriff\u2019s office said they received a call Monday, June 29, regarding a child\u2019s outcry against Ellis Johnta Izquierdo, 37, of Houston, for touching them inappropriately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to the sheriff\u2019s office, a forensic interview was conducted and the child confirmed the outcry made earlier that morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The sheriff\u2019s office said Izquierdo was arrested for sexual assault of a child at a home on FM 2663, just east of Latexo. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Izquierdo was booked into the Houston County Jail on a bond $300,000.
